weekend is already over

I'm back in Nagoya at my host family's place since about 3 hours and already had dinner together with the mother, her two children and her parents from Kumamoto, who just arrived 2 hours ago in Nagoya. They will stay at their daughter's place until Friday,  because of this, this week will be kind of exhausting I think - so much people in this house. Well, let's see.
Sunday I posted something about my shopping trip to Harborland in Kobe together with my boyfriend for buying warm winter clothes since I had just summer clothes and a few cardigans, which aren't that warm if it's becoming winter. And because I just love my new clothes for wearing at home, I took some pictures this morning before finishing packing my stuff for going bak to Nagoya.

My new pajama - isn't it cute? It's not only cute, it's also very very warm and fluffy. On this picture you also can see my new cellphone strap.

My new shoes/socks. Yes, I love pink.

Surprisingly, my parents sent me a packet with some German Christmas Sweets I ate a lot of when I was a child. For example, Lebkuchen (gingerbread) & Spekulatius (Christmas cookie) were in the packet. But also a letter, a recipe of my grandmother, some books for reading, because to be honest, I'm slowly forgetting about German language. I was sent "Der kleine Prinz", which is favorite children book having its origins in France and most of my German readers should know it from their own childhood or French class in school I think.

This it what it looks like. Well, at least its cover. I really love this book. It's not just a book for children. It's much more I think. There are so many important facts written down about relationships towards others. about the difference between noticing things as a child or as an adult. It's a must read. At leat in my opinion it is.
Also Franz Kafka's book "Der Process" was in the packet and you can call me a freak, a mad person or have taken leave of my senses, but I like Kafka's books and enjoy reading them.  Even if he was a German philosopher and his books are hated by a lot of students.
Because my boyfriend wants to study Spanish my parents also sent my old Spanish grammar books of high school to me to Japan.  Well, that's what the packet looked like.

Another thing I noticed yesterday is that I felt in love with socks and stockings. While most girls and women are in love with shoes, handbags or cosmetics (not all, but that's what most people think - the stereotype of a women) I felt in love with socks and stockings. I needed some warm socks for winter, but after finishing my socks-shopping-tour I realized that I bought a lot of stuff. Socks, knee-highs, short ones, tights, stockings, over knees and long over knees in a lot of variants and a lot of colors, but mostly brown or pink colors, because I love them.

My new cellphone strap was gentleman enough to introduce my new socks to you. Here you can see some of them and some of my new over-knees my boyfriend wanted me to buy, because he loves it. Well I never wore over-knees, but I think I will get used to it, because they are really comfortable. Aren't they cute? Well, probably most of you will think "aren't they just normal socks?" Yes, they are, but I felt in love with them.

And I have another two passions since I'm living in Japan.
The first thing are Umeboshi-candies, like for example Umebeoshi-sheets, which are also introdiced to you by my new cellphone strap.

The second thing, which become another passion of mine since my Japan-stay is "Weider in jelly - beauty"

Well there are a lot of those jelly drinks and also a lot of different "Weider in jelly" versions, but the beauty one is my favorite, not only of it's pink color, but also of it's sweet peachy taste.

Well, since Saturday my voice is terrible, because I got a cold. My boyfriend was a real gentleman by telling me "Your voice sounds like an old chain smoking women". It wasn't very gentle, but it's true. That's what's my voice sounds like lately. Well, today there were times my voice just weren't available anymore and I couldn't talk for a few minutes. It's actually nothing very worse, just my voice is kind of disappearing sometimes. There's no bad cough nor temperature. So I think in a few days everything should be alright again, if I'm taking my medicine after having a meal.

Because today was a bit exhausting for me, because of my trip back to Nagoya, leaving my boyfriend again and my little cold, I will take a bath now and go to bed early today.
Therefore, good night everyone and tomorrow my own "Fit & healthy challenge" will start by cooking more healthy food, eating less sweets, doing more sports as soon as I revived myself and doing some exercises at home.
