Fit & Healthy challenge #3

I'm late, I know.
Yesterday after posting my shopping stuff and telling you about this part-time job, I started researching in the internet about this international preschool, about different working visa scholarships, also about scholarships of the language school I'm planning to go to in October 2011, and was phoning with my boyfriend for telling him things like this. Anyway, he doesn't seem very pleased about this job offer I got from Kobe. Well, he said it's a great opportunity, BUT I shouldn't leave Nagoya. This host family is the family of his father's friend and to be honest, they just give me everything I need for free. Food, shower, bed, an own room, a PC, daily Japanese conversations, a happy family and even some money.
But, if there is the possibility of moving to Kobe, if there is a flat or a dorm or any place I can stay at for a reasonable price, I definitely WILL go to Kobe joining this pre-school for teaching English to children and being able to earn my own money, which I can use for entering CLARK's international college pre-college course in October 2011.

Well, whatever. actually I wanted to post my missed "fit & healthy challenge" post.
Yesterday I got up very late, so I didn't had breakfast. Just a cup of Japanese green tea. Yes, since I'm living in Japan a become a tea-lover. Because we went out for shopping some winter clothes, somewhere in Gifu area, we also went out for having lunch. We went to the outlet's food corner and it was full of junk-food, such as Pizza, Hamburger, Steak, Hot Dogs and so on. Therefore I chose Curry-Udon for lunch.
Yesterday's snack was a regular sized Strawberry Cheesecake Ice cream from Baskin Robbins (about 250kcal) I totally felt in love with it, but because all of the family members had some ice cream I couldn't say no...
For dinner, there was a piece of fish, rice for sure, miso-soup and another cup of green tea.
Because yesterday was a very exhausting day for me and because of my headache I decided not to do that much exercises in the evening. At least I did some.
