キムチ鍋
Good morning everyone.☆
Well, I`m still in Kobe at my boyfriend`s place even if it was planned for me to leave at Sunday night. I will move to Nagoya tomorrow (Tuesday) in the evening by Shinkansen - YES! No bus!☆ Lately it`s becoming colder in Japan, too. At least not that cold as it already is in Germany, but finally it`s becoming autumn and therefore I have to go shopping soon, because I don`t have any winter clothes with me since I`m in Japan. Probably I will go out for shopping this afternoon after having lunch for buying some sweater and a pair of trainers for doing sports, because mine are very old trainers and it`s a little bit shaming to wear them at someone else`s house.
Yesterday my boyfriend made キムチ鍋Kimuchi nabe for dinner. It was just too delicious! I really really loved it. I mean it was that delicious that I had a お代わり("okawari") second helping. Normally I never eat a second helping - only if it is really delicious, like the Yakiniku I had with my boyfriend and the Kimuchi nabe yesterday.
Since I`m in Japan, there are a lot of delicious dishes I felt in love with. Dishes, which I could eat all day, like Japanese Curry, Kimuchi (can`t be called "dish", but I really love it even if it is Korean.), ネギトロ丼Negitoro Don (minced tuna with green onions over rice) - I could going on listing Japanese dishes for hours I guess, because I really love Japanese food. There haven`t been anything yet, which I didn`t like at least a little bit. Most people are kind of surprised when I`m telling them that I love Natto or Miso-soup, because most foreigners can`t stand them.
