Trip to Luxembourg

As I already mentioned, I've been to Luxembourg with a friend of mine in July. I've never been to Luxembourg before or was even interested in this country, but I really loved it and I was kind of surprised how much fun it was.

I went there by train. [I really hate 'Deutsch Bahn' -> german train company]
Well, it took me about 6 hours to get to Trier, which is a German city closed to the border. At Trier station I was picked up by two of my friends, who drove there by car from Luxembourg. I was really thankful they did so, because I'm very talented in taking the wrong train so who knows, what could have happened if I had tried to go there by train. hahaha.
[Gosh, I definitely have to repeat some English grammar soon - it sounds so broken since I finished school.]

The first day I was very exhausted because of the train trip, so I just relaxed at my friends house and went to Mc Donalds in the evening, but was kind of confused at the beginning because the talked to me in French at the beginning. Well, I didn't had any problems in understanding, but a lot of problems ins answering in French cuz I stopped studying French at school since about 3 years - so I had a lot of difficulties the first few days when people talked to me.

I never thought I'm doing a trip to this country, but finally I did. I enjoyed it and had a lot of great experiences and fun there.
The people seemed very friendly and kind to me. I enjoyed talking French after about 3 years. And I really loved the center of Luxembourg - City. Perfectly for shopping, going out or hanging out with friends, having lunch or a great dinner in the evening.

And by the way, I visited Pizza Hut the first time during this trip - I never had such a great pizza before.
